How Long Does It Take To Get Head Lice

The failed nomination of trust charges Piñera. Part 2

During the presidential campaign, the current President of Chile, harshly criticized public officials confidence that the Coalition was in government of former President Bachelet, due to the apparent involvement of these in the campaign of candidate Eduardo Frei, among the judgments noted Piñera, one that stands out of their boxes to the then Minister of Interior Pérez Yoma, "should wake up early" to seek employment in private.
Having regard to its previous comments, surprisingly, the delay in the appointment, the first of his ministers, deputies, mayors, some Super Intendant and even there no more. It turns out that now once assumed, few National Directors and Regional Services, Governors, and part of the SEREMIS 1,300 positions of trust which should have previously designated by the President Piñera. Some will blame the earthquake, as will be customary for the current executive, but the fact is that the earthquake but has a National significance, affected mainly to 4 regions.
4 years ago, exactly on March 1, 2006, the elected President Bachelet appointed without much pomp to its Regional Mayors and Governors and days after his SEREMIS these names in that same period, all positions designated by law permits. Even before the earthquake on February 27, Piñera gets out in statements such as "exchange of equipment," the new way of governing, "the government of the best", but objectively it has not been diligent about the appointment of its staff, this matters, because the catastrophe that crossing to Chile, should be the new authorities which lead reconstruction of the country, many of these have not yet been appointed and when they are, have very little time for his induction, contrary to what the current situation warrants.
The new president knows that he should appoint at least 1300 positions of trust and this did not happen, more so most trusted positions in the middle levels are occupied by the same officials whom the President at the time criticized very belligerent. The question then is, "if the President elect will be able in the coming days to appoint all its employees and these new authorities, how they will take the reins of a country which is crossed by one of the biggest disasters its history?
concerned, since it is very difficult for authorities without inducing the public system without knowing how the state, with most ministers do not have enough political experience, and assertiveness can quickly lead the reconstruction of Chile. In this sense, it is very important that the media, with objectivity and thoroughness, requiring the new As government has demanded the current and measure the new president with the same yardstick that has been measured driving Bachelet.
The ideal would have been that the new Ministers, Deputy Minister, Mayors, Governors, Heads of Service SEREMIS, Regional Directors etc., Had accompanied their peers in the days of the disaster complex, especially the authorities of the regions most affected . There has been, and I think more to see and criticize as the previous government works to overcome the crisis, was required at that time, rather than statements call for "national unity", as noted repeatedly the new President, were concrete actions and of working together.
Democracy is so, on March 11 President Piñera took their little "new equipment" of trust, with little experience in public policy and less on responding to disasters like the one I happen to live in Chile today. The governments of the Concertación, became evidence of droughts, earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions and other disasters, were teams of the time, unfortunately, will now be open to many doubts. We do not know the all new equipment Piñera, maybe it's part of the style of the new form of government, confirmed in their posts to them "inefficient" officials of the Government of the Conclusion.
